All vehicles are offered subject to availability and prior sale. Descriptions, specifications, mileage and photographs are provided in good faith and believed accurate at the time of publication, but they do not form part of any contract. Prices are quoted excluding transport, registration and taxes unless expressly stated. A vehicle is only reserved once a deposit has been received and confirmed in writing. Inspection reports are individual paid documents relating to one specific vehicle. Access is granted to the purchaser for personal use; reports may not be republished or resold. Because access is delivered immediately, report purchases are non-refundable once opened. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
